BARRY J. TRETHEWAY

  Graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, he is a registered architect in Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
Recipient of numerous design honors, including the 1995 Home & Condo Dream Home of the Year, also National Pool and Spa Gold award.

  Residential and commercial designs have ranged in value from $100,000 to more than $6.5 million and have included a full range of clientele, including commissions from local, state, and federal governments, as well as the elegant custom homes that are the Tretheway trademark.

SANDI S. SCULL

  Graduate of Mansfield University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fine Arts Education. Most Outstanding Senior Distinction, she has completed Post Graduate studies in Wetlands Management and Delineation, Architectural and Structural Design, Surveying and Soils Testing, Computer Project Scheduling, and Construction Management.

  Residential and commercial projects have encompassed architectural design phase through construction completion, including being lead designer for three nursing homes, design team for two hospital expansion projects. Recognized by Polysteel, Inc. as an approved designer for foam block construction.
